He was predeceased by: his parents, Darvin Webb and Vina Paige Webb; and his siblings, Charles Webb, Harlan Webb, Garlie Webb, David Webb, Juanita Stratton, Gleanna Deskins, Ruby Stone, Kay Boyd, Rita Crum and Eva Lee Stacy.
He is survived by: his children, Adam Webb (Christy) of Varney, Darvin Webb of Wabash, Indiana and Melissa Blocher (Eric) of Crystal River, Florida; his siblings, Estill Webb (Sue) of Wabash and Betty Daniels of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; and his grandsons, Connor Webb and Kenny Blocher.
