He is survived by: his daughters, Crystal Fritz (Joey) of Prestonsburg and Brandi Adams (Luther Adkins) of Pikeville, Kentucky; his stepdaughter Amber Hamilton (Billy) of Martin, Kentucky; his brothers, James Garrett (Sandy) of Michigan, Albert Garrett (Diane) of Michigan, Calvin Garrett (Debbie) of Georgia, Eddie Garrett (Linda) of Florida, Randy Garrett (Vickie) of Michigan and Donnie Garrett (Janice) of Georgia; his sister-in-law Janet King; his grandchildren, Jacob Cline, Jesse Kelchner, Stephanie Carlisie, Shawn Gabrys, Miranda Garrett, Jason Garrett, Cheyenne Burton, Kyla and Burton; and his great grandchildren, Iris Stone, Damian Stone, Olivia Olsen, Caleb Davis, Pasiley Davis and Kane Kelchner.
