He is survived by: his children, William Frazier (Tina) of Prestonsburg, Sherry Hager (Tony) of Prestonsburg, Lora Sherman (James) of Prestonsburg, Kim Meeks (Jamie) of Blue River, Tricia Martin (Richard) of David and Chrissy Frazier (Larry Delong) of David; his grandchildren, Shea, Weslley, Tony, Jami, Natasha, Katie, Savannah, Ashley, Tyler, Megan, Haley, Austin, Emily, Tattianna, Kaleb, Richard and Ethan; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Brantley, Mason, Zealand, Cameron, Bianca, Izzy, Grayson, Cashton, Nova, Holden and Max.
