She was predeceased by: her husband Stuart Edward Stephens; her parents, Eugene Wells and Ollie Goble Wells; and her brother Kenneth Wells. She is survived by: her son Ray Eugene Stephens (Vanessa) of Staffordsville, KY; her siblings, Wendell Wells of Prestonsburg, KY, James, Carolyn Walters of Emma, KY, Wilma Leslie of Emma, KY and Linda Clements of Lexington, KY; and her grandchildren, Chara Stephens, Sean Stephens James Preston and Abbygail Preston.
