She is survived by: her daughter Bobbie Tackett of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; her siblings, James Bradley of Martin, Janet Samons of Martin and Dolly Wright of Martin, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Dianna Prater, Chad Prater, Jonathan Delong, Lexi Setser and Dylan Bentley. She is also survived by 5 Great Grandchildren.
