He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Cowley, Sr. and Velma Cowley (Carlisle); his aunt Elaine Carlisle; and his nephew Michael Marsh. He is survived by: his wife Pat Cowley (Miller); his children, Brian Cowley (Sarah), Kim Fox (Tony) and Jeannette Miller (Jerry); and his sister Patty Andres (Fred).
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Schoppenhorst, Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home.
