With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rube Blevins of Preston, Kentucky, who passed away on March 17, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Frank Blevins. He is survived by: his wife Helen Ginter Blevins; his daughters, Rhonda York (Randy) of Preston and Jodie Ratliff (Mike) of Preston; his granddaughter Candice Kimsey (Scott) of Walton; and his great grandchildren, Abigail and Palmer Kimsey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
