He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Heitzman and Maggie Mae Heitzman (Hibbard); and his siblings, Sally Carpenter, Marie Quinn, Owen Lee Heitzman, Sr., Eddie Heitzman and Larry Heitzman.
He is survived by: his sisters, Lona Moore (Heitzman) of New Castle, Sue Steinberg (Rob) of Louisville and Mary Ann Wiseheart of Louisville.
