He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Cecil and Ruby Lee Hawkins (Berry); and his wife Grace Hawkins (Bardell). He is survived by: his son Robbie Hawkins; his grandson Rob; his goddaughter Sara Scalf (Clint) of Sanders, KY; his stepdaughter Kim Pierce (Jeff) of Plainfield, IN.; and his grandchildren, Makayla Tomey, Bryan Brock and Mary Scalf.
