He is survived by: his wife Velma Jo Brown (Hopkins) of Port Royal; his daughters, Carol Ann Tingle (Alvin) of Eminence and Susan Brown (Terry Platt) of Nebo; his brother Dalton Brown (Anna) of New Castle; his grandchildren, Lori Vegh (Eric) of Eminence, Tony Tingle (Starr) of Shelbyville, Jason Chilton of Port Royal, Holly Chilton (Jay Carpenter) of Richmond, VA, Lindsey Fox (Jason) of Blacksburg, VA and Carrie Gothelf (Jeff) of Barcelona, Spain.; and his great grandchildren, Kate Doane (Matt), Emily Payton (Jared), Rachel Cruse (Robbie), Emma, Abigail, Caroline Tingle, Jake, Ellie Fox, Grace and Sophie Gothelf.
