She was predeceased by: her father Guy Strain; and her son Richard R. Walker. She is survived by: her husband Tommy Powell of Henderson, KY; her children, Barry L. Walker of Princeton, KY and Leica Walker Johnson of Evansville, IN; and her stepson David G. Powell of Evansville, IN. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
