He is survived by: his wife Leesa Russell of Poole, KY; his daughter Falon Russell of Providence, KY; his sister Barrie Wilkerson (Harold) of Providence, KY; his sister-in-law Russell of Providence, KY; his grandchildren, Zephan Crawford, Willa Russell and Indie Russell; and his great grandchild Zoey Prow.
