She was predeceased by: her parents, Otho Babb and Fannie Hart Babb. She is survived by: her husband Roy Powell; her daughter Angie Hawkins (Glenn) of Henderson; her grandsons, Ryan Hawkins (Jessica) of Louisville and Allen Hawkins (Erica) of Henderson; her great grandchildren, Jenna, Maddox, David, Jessop and Paisley; and her siblings, Shirlie Dame of Sebree and Russell Babb of Poole.
