She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Crowley Melton; her children, Renae Rideout of Poole, KY and Randall L. Puryear (Libby) of Mt. Juliet, TN; her grandsons, Ryan N. Rideout (Jacklyn) of Slaughters, KY, Aaron L. Puryear (Peyton) of Mt Juliet, TN and Daniel K. Puryear of Nashville, TN; her great grandchildren, Reece Newton Rideout, Hudson Neil Rideout, Lincoln Lee Puryear, Liesl Baker Puryear and Lively Tate Puryear; and her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Lauver and Patty Springer. She is also survived by her family, friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Townsend Funeral Home (140 US-41 ALT, Dixon, KY 42409). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
