Clark (Morgan) of Campbellsburg, KY; his mother Sandra Woods of Pleasureville, KY; his sisters, Tammi Perry (Jeffrey) of Pleasureville, KY and Tonya Harper of Crestwood, KY; and his grandchildren, Walker Scott Clark, Iris, Willow and Hazel Carballo-McQueen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
