He is survived by: his children, Greg Stout (Rita) of Pleasureville, KY., Jason Stout (Amanda) of Martin, TN., Brandon Stout of Deerfield Beach, FL., Laura Stout of Louisville, KY, Kristi McWhirter (Barry) of Memphis, TN., Candyce Stout of Margate, FL., Terrica Bievens of Little Rock, AR. and Terese Stout of Overland Park, KS.; and his siblings, John Stout of Martin, TN., William Allen Stout of Minneapolis, MN., Steven Lane Stout of Minneapolis, MN., Judy Moon of Auburn, GA. and Juanita Stockdale of Martin, TN.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren.
