We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2025, at the age of 87, Rose Frances Roberts (Pleasureville, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Woods and Virginia Rose Woods (Beutal); and her sisters, Evelyn Downey, Bonnie Downey and Debbie Calvert.
She is survived by: her children, Rosemary Brewer (Charles) of Eminence, KY, Peggy Maybrier (Allen) of Cynthiana, KY, Gary Thomas Parks, Sr. of Pleasureville, KY and Randel Gene Rodgers of New Castle, KY; and her siblings, Connie Straugh of Pleasureville, KY, Diana Adams of Campbellsburg, KY. and Jesse Woods of Pleasureville, KY. She is also survived by her five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sholar-Riley Funeral Home (5710 Castle Hwy, Pleasureville, KY 40057). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at the Pleasureville Cemetery (1548 Ditto Cemetery Rd, Pleasureville, KY 40057).
