He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jess Arnold and Ruby Cox Arnold Collett; his wife Diana K. Arnold of Pleasureville; his sons, Jeff Arnold of Shelbyville and Randy Arnold, Jr. (Erin) of Cincinnati; his sister Sue Willis of New Castle; and his grandchild Allie Arnold. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
