It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pamela Kay Welch of Pleasureville, Kentucky, who passed away on April 17, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Joseph D. Howard; and her sister Sue Burbach. She is survived by: her husband Charlie Welch of Pleasureville; her son Cody Welch (Lisa) of Lexington; and her brothers, Keith Carpenter of Washington and Blair Carpenter of Idaho.
