He was predeceased by: his parents, John Robert and Margaret Martin Kelly; and his son Jonathan Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Dearing Kelly; his son Jeremy Lee Kelly (Brooke) of Prospect, KY; his sister Mary Anne Holmes (Earl) of Pleasureville, KY; his grandchildren, Ryan Kelly, Tyler Kelly and Lauren Kelly; and his pet Sir Henry VIII. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
