He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bruce and Leona Morrison Lyons; his son Freeman Bruce Lyons; and his brothers, Donald Lyons and Lloyd Lyons.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Bailey Lyons of Pleasureville; his children, Nancy Drawbaugh (Ricky) of Shelbyville, Gladys Waldridge (A. J.) of Taylorsville, James Lyons (Cathy) of Waddy and William "PeeWee" Lyons (Sherry) of Bloomfield; and his close friend Charlie Barnett of Pleasureville. He is also survived by his nineteen grandchildren; his forty-one great-grandchildren; his two great-great-grandchildren.
Social distancing must be observed and anyone entering the funeral home will be required to wear a mask and submit to a temperature check.
