He is survived by: his wife LaDonna Ellis (Gordon) of Pleasureville; his daughters, Pam Jackson (Matthew) of Bethlehem and Marti Shirley of Pleasureville; his granddaughters, Haylee Cunningham (Andrew) of Bethlehem, Jaylan Ellis of Pleasureville, Elizabeth Jackson of Bethlehem and Madison Shirley of Pleasureville; his great grandchild Matthew Cunningham; his sisters, Polly Troxell (Ellis) of Eminence, Barbara Parks (Ellis) of Eminence and Vickie O; and his granddaughter Linda Ellis of Eminence. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
