He is survived by: his parents, Wallace Bramblet Shouse and Martha Ann Kincaid Shouse of Pleasureville; his children, Anthony Shouse (Victoria) of Shelbyville, Noah Shouse (Adriana) of Georgia, Ellie Bowlin (DC) of London, Emily Shouse of Shelbyville and Olivia Shouse of New Castle; his siblings, Nathan Shouse of Pleasureville, Laura Dale (Brian) of Eminence, Renee Davis (CW) of Shelbyville and Aimee Moore (Donnie) of Pleasureville; and his grandchildren, Liam Shouse, Azi Shouse, Samuel Bowlin and Joshua Bowlin.
