He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Allen Broughton and Shirley Stewart Broughton; his son Robert Corey Broughton; and his brother Richard Allen Broughton. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Fay Dunn Broughton; his children, Tiffany Dale Robinson (Justin), Sam Robinson of Eminence and Austin Broughton of Northern, KY; his siblings, Lisa Broughton Slavens (Michael), Rodney Broughton (Connie) of La Grange, KY, Doug Broughton (Donna) of Louisville, KY, Dale Broughton (Robin) of Eminence, KY and Billy Broughton; and his grandchildren, Eagan Carter, Cyleigh Broughton, Skylynn Broughton, James Phillips, Ben Broughton, Paisley Robinson and Myah Phillips.
