He is survived by: his children, Phillip Darrell Sparkman (Maylynn), Keith Randall Sparkman (Tomeika), Vicki L. Smith (Gary) and Tammy Ashley (Ricky); his grandchildren, Stuart (Heather), Dustin (Angie), Mark (Ondie), Kate (Adam), Sam (Marybeth), Britani (Kris), Jordan, Miranda, Jaya, Taya and Jaxon; and his nephew Friends.
