He is survived by: his wife Pearl Maggard; his children, Ivy Miller (Chuck) of Plymouth, OH, Nath Maggard of Plymouth, OH, Michael Maggard (Sherri) of Clinton, SC, Trish Adams of Hazard, KY, Greg Maggard (Edna) of Chappells, SC, Michelle Scott (Woody) and Host; and also Rita Napier. He is also survived by Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
