He is survived by: his wife Athalee Jacobs; his children, Randy Jacobs, Larry Jacobs (Wendy), Harold Jacobs Jr. and Brenda Lee Collins (Rodney); his sister Jeanett Perkins; and his grandchildren, Larry Wendell Jacobs, Mariah Stacy Jacobs, Brittany Slone and Shawn Jacobs. He is also survived by 7 Great-Grandchildren.
