She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlos Jacobs and Edith Smith Jacobs; her son Kenneth Caudill; her grandson Scottie Triplett; and her brothers, Ray Jacobs, Johnny Jacobs and Afton Jacobs.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Pridemore, Patricia Caudill, Samuel Caudill and David Jacobs (Sharon); and her siblings, Ford Jacobs, Nella Harnishfeger, Betty Turner, Kassie Berry (David) and Gwendlyn Williams. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren 6 Great Grandchildren.
