She is survived by: her son Terry Philpot (Shanna) of Pineville, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Christa Campbell (Josh) of Pineville and Jared Philpot of Lexington, Kentucky; her great grandchildren, Brody Hensley, Rylan Hensley and Jesse Campbell; her siblings, L. V. Hembree (Ruth) of Hamilton, Jerry Hembree (Donna) of Corbin, Kentucky and Billie Ann Gladden (Sam) of Hamilton, Ohio; and her close friend Joyce Catoe. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
