He was predeceased by: his parents, Vantoy Partin and Bertha Hunter Partin; his wife Helen Joyce Hurst Partin; his son David Allen Partin; and his siblings, Toy Ree Partin, Jr., Lonnie Rondol Partin, Edna Fuson, Velma Sharpe, Bessie Neal and Evelyn Miracle.
He is survived by: his son Terry Lee Partin (Glada); his grandchildren, Colby Partin, Julia Partin, Paige Kathleen Swaney and Riley Nicole Mason; his great grandchildren, Mason Lee Swaney and Morgan Curtis Swaney; and his sister Lola Partin Ellison. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.
