She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Baker and Lucy Webb Baker; her husband Parrott Partin; her sons, Roscoe Douglas Partin and John Parrott Partin; and her siblings, Johnny Baker and Geraldine Baker.
She is survived by: her daughter Glenda Hoskins (Scott); her granddaughter Ashley Hoskins; her siblings, Billy Ray Baker, Jimmy Baker and Carolyn Baker; and her sister-in-law Patty Baker. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
