He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Isaacs, Sr. and Bertha Thacker Isaacs Maynard; his daughter Patty Isaacs McAninch; his stepfather Pascal Maynard; and his siblings, James Isaacs, Luther Maynard, Juanita Schlenk and Eunice Messer.
He is survived by: his wife Cleta Bolton Isaacs; his children, Tommy Isaacs, Della Isaacs, Jimmy Isaacs (Marilyn), Debbie Patterson (Tom), Pam Hendrickson (Gary Gray) and Kenny Isaacs (Leah); his son-in-law Hubert McAninch; and his siblings, Kenneth Maynard, Warren Maynard (Janice), Frank Maynard, Jerry Maynard, Inez Broy, Mary Shelton, Dora Shelton, Judy Terry and Marie Maynard (Dee North). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
