He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Howard and Dorothy Napier Howard; and his wife Pamela Perkins Howard. He is survived by: his daughter Robin Howard; his grandchildren, Emily and Ben; and his brothers, Dennis Howard, Bruce Howard, Glenn Howard and Adam Howard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
