He is survived by: his wife Erma Hensley Howard; his children, Todd Howard (Susan) and Kelly Marsh; his grandchildren, Emily Howard, Sarah Howard, Grace Howard, Andrew Howard and Brady Rusch; and his brother Carl Howard (Anne). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
