She was predeceased by: her parents, Arkley Osville and Ova Della Matthews Garrett; her husband Franklin Delano Knuckles; and her siblings, Clarice Garrett Nighman, Vivian Faye Garrett Lewis and Douglas Garrett.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Lee Knuckles, Terri Knuckles, Donald Wade Knuckles and Jennifer Lynn Smith (Scott); her grandchildren, Ben Knuckles (Meagan), Patrick Knuckles (Amber), Maggie Knuckles, Dillon Knuckles (Mahina), Brenden Knuckles, Ashlynn Knuckles, Ian Knuckles, Kayla Karam (Tony), Matthew Simpson, Caleb Smith and Alli Smith; her great grandchildren, Lincoln Knuckles, Harper Knuckles, Hudson Knuckles, Alexander Karam and Millie Karam; her brother Paul Garrett; her caregiver Cheryl Prive; her son Jacob Howard; and her friend Anna Gander. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
