She is survived by: her sisters, Modean Smith, Jaquline Jordan and Cora Partin; her brother-in-law Eddie Partin; her children, Kawana Kay Douglas (Frank) and Vivian Ellen Evans (Zyndall); her grandchildren, Theresa Miracle (Rodney), John Maidon (Mellissa), Kalynn Warwick (DJ), Dustin Evans (Nikki), Monica Thompson and Brittany Fuson (Eric); her great grandchildren, Austin Hollingsworth, Kinzy Boatright, Kendra Hollingsworth, Zaedyn Thompson, Kainen Warwick, Kinzy Warwick, Rayanna Maidon, Donnie Maidon, Waylon Maidon, Jr., Beau Maidon, Tyson Jones, Faith Fuson, Katie Fuson, Sawyer Evans, Jaxon Evans, Emma Evans, Kaylee Karg and Maddie Karg; and her friends, Ann Maiden and Frances Hunter. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, special cousins, other relatives, and friends.
