He was predeceased by: his mother Dianne Krzeminski Belcher; and his grandparents, Matt, Tilda Belcher, Jozef and Helena Krzeminski.
He is survived by: his daughters, Holly Belcher of Berea, Kentucky. and Hannah Belcher of Berea, Kentucky.; his father Matt Belcher, Jr.; his brother Matthew Joseph "Joe" (Mawnie Belcher); his nephews, Matthew Belcher and Justin Belcher of London, Kentucky; his sister Charlotte (Tray Welch); his nieces, Whitney Welch, Sarah Welch and Laura Welch of Knoxville, Tennessee.; his cousins, Eric Krzeminski of Atlanta, Georgia, Liza Jefferies and Anya Wright of Lafollette, Tennessee; and his uncle George Krzeminski of Chicago. He is also survived by many other friends and relatives.
