He was predeceased by: his parents, Sie Saylor and Matilda Helton Saylor; and his sister Magalene Helton. He is survived by: his wife Linda Billing Saylor; his stepmother Joan Saylor; his sons, Justin Goodin (Genia), James Jones (Kira) and Michael W. Goodin; his grandchildren, Ciara Renee Sue Jones, Hunter Goodin, Jeremiah Goodin, Camden Goodin, William Jones, Roman Jones and Olivia Goodin; his siblings, June Cook (Jack), Walter Saylor and Bobby Helton; and his close friend James Blevins. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
