She is survived by: her husband Gary Douglas Sr.; her sons, Gary Douglas, Jr. (LeAnn) of Calvin, KY and Shawn Douglas (LeAnna) of Jacksboro, TN.; her grandchildren, Megan Douglas, Maleah Douglas and Madison Douglas; her stepchildren, Mark Douglas, Steve Douglas and Amy Brock Bradley; and her sisters, Norma Jean Green (Gary) of Middlesboro, KY, Shirley A. Stephenson (Lee) of Russell Springs, KY, Nora Ruth May of Middlesboro, KY and JoAnn Crow (Tom) of Speedwell, TN.. She is also survived by her loving husband, mother, brothers, and sister.
