It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Rutherford of Pineville, Kentucky, who passed away on September 25, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Rutherford and Linda Pittman Rutherford. He is survived by: his significant other Debbie Ptaszynski; his children, Richard West, Shannon Rutherford, Jonathon Rutherford and Jaslyn Rutherford; his grandson Bentley Rutherford; and his close friend Johnny Ray Slusher. He is also survived by siblings, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
