He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Smith and Lillie Mae Edmondson Smith; his siblings, Charles Ray Smith, Doug Smith, Jerry Wayne Smith and Shirley Smith; and his nephews, Donnie Smith and Chucky Smith.
He is survived by: his brother Leroy Smith; and his nieces and nephews, Lillie Kimberly Asher, Raechele Smith, Melissa Sircy, Tommy Smith, William Christopher Smith, Douglas McArthur Smith, Kelly Duane Smith, David Earl Smith and David Walters. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
