He is survived by: his father Henry Clay Howard; his close friend Ardith Howard; his children, Megan Mayer (Steven), Bridgett Chowning (Luke) and John Avery Bailey; his grandchildren, Luke Miracle and Maggie Mayer; and his siblings, James Howard (Melissa), Jill Reams (Steve), John Howard, Doug Howard (Brandi) and Becky Howard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
