She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Swain and Lula Caudill Swain; and her siblings, Arthur Swain, Junior Swain, James Hobart Swain (Buddy), Kenneth Swain, May Wynn, Kelly Louise Slusher and Shelby Jean Slusher.
She is survived by: her siblings, Lee, Brennda Swain of Middlesboro, Martha Swain of Middlesboro, Matilda Swain of Middlesboro, Barbara Sue, Jerry Whiteaker of Arjay, Beatrice Swain (Doodley) of Straight Creek, Pauline Swain of Straight Creek and Jeanette Swain of Straight Creek. She is also survived by Eight nieces, Five nephews and a host of cousins.
