She was predeceased by: her sons, Kent Thomas Parks, Jr. and Lewis Parks; and her grandson Robert DeWayne Frazier. She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Frazier, Tammy North and Shannon Fuston; her grandchildren, Danielle Smith, Brittany Givens, Crystal Lawson, Amy Mayes, Amber Jordan, Hannah Fuston, Sabrina Parks, Collen Parks, Matthew Parks, Hayley Rose Smith and Ashton York; and her great grandchildren, Olivia Smith, Jeremiah Smith, Kelan Smith, Heather Lawson, Kaleigh Lawson and Isabella Mayes.
