He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Partin and Elizabeth Gibson Partin; his former wife Mary Francis Grubbs Partin; his son Garrett Talmage Partin, Jr.; his siblings, Sylvester Junior Partin, Elsie Partin Farmer Partin and Verda Evelyn Fisher; and his grandson Michea Dewayne.
He is survived by: his niece Clera Jean Stolzenburg; his wife Sherry Lynn Partin; his daughter Mary Ann Miller (George); his stepchildren, Angela Napier (Benjamin), Rebecca Ridener (Joey) and Stacey Lynn Taylor; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Louise Miracle and George Edward Daniel (Katelynn Barnett Miller); his stepgrandchildren, Taylor Marie, John Robert Napier, Raiden and Joshua Ridener; and his great grandchildren, Rachel, Levi, Anne Belle, Gabriel Miller, Ayden, Leigha and Brian Lacombe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
