He is survived by: his wife Wanda Saylor Foister; his daughters, Cerina Foister (Jason "Jake") and Tiffany Creech (Denny); his grandchildren, Mary Mackinsey Smith, Sabrina, Hannah Witt, Brittany Carnes, Cody Carnes, Alex, Austin Carnes, Willis, Adleigh Creech, Isaiah Creech and Jordan Creech; his great grandchildren, Greyson Smith, Bryan Edward Carnes, Aubrey Kate Carnes and Colton River Carnes; and his siblings, Jimmy Foister and Terry Blevins (Ron). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
