She was predeceased by: her parents, Foster Tolliver and Nannie Jones Tolliver; her husband Fred Toy Partin; and her siblings, Lewis Tolliver, Pauline Greer, Authur Tolliver, John Matt Tolliver, Renfro Tolliver, Sylvia Witt, Martha Fletcher, Rosie Wheeler and Charlotte Mills.
She is survived by: her children, Fred Partin Jr. (Linda) and Debbie Partin; and her close friends, Wilma Miracle, Rita Lambdin and Marlene Maiden. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
