He is survived by: his parents, Linda Collins and Donald Ray Napier, Sr.; his grandmother Edna Kilgore; his children, Brittany Napier-Hill (Joey), Megan Napier (Cody), Kindall Mason (Nate), Van West, Donavan Napier, William Clinton Napier and Pineville; his siblings, David Napier, Tamera K. Pardee, Lisa Hayes (Brian) and Prestonsburg; his grandchildren, Myki Crawford of Corbin, Dominick Hill of Corbin, Kamira Hill of Corbin, Chase Brock of Corbin, Memory Hill of Corbin, Camryn Smith of Corbin, Carson Smith of Corbin and Maverick Smith of Corbin; and his nieces and nephews, Amanda Asher, Allison Teague, William Pardee, David Scott Hendrickson, Dustin Napier, Nickolos Beverly, Vincent Hayes and Evan Hayes. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and many, many friends.
