He is survived by: his parent Velma Burton Elliott; his wife Vivian Partin Elliott; his sons, Jeromy Roger Elliott and Joshua Wayne Elliott; and his sister Tammy Hinds (Wallace). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
