He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Foster Baker and Mary Baker; his wife Vesta Baker; his brothers, Anthony and Leonard Baker; his son-in-law Julian Mays; and his siblings, Wayne Baker, Carl Baker and Janice Williams. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
